Nicole Kidman couldn’t have looked better or had a nicer time at the 52nd annual Grammy Awards. The Oscar-winning actress is also Mrs. Keith Urban, wife of the very much about to be country music  and maybe pop music  superstar.

In the private club backstage at the Staples Center, known as the Chairman’s Room, Nicole and Keith met and mingled with other stars and music execs, dined on buffet short ribs and plates of dessert and fruit.

“It’s so nice to hang out this way,” Nicole said, as she chatted with CBS’ Les Moonves and Julie Chen. She and Keith met Frank DiLeo, Michael Jackson’s famed manager.

They talked about music and kids. Nicole is back to being a redhead. She also looked phenomenal. For all the wags who’ve complained that she’s been overly Botoxed or something, I am happy to tell you: Nicole looked just like Nicole Kidman, just beautiful. And she ate like a regular gal.

Looking lovely as usual,  Nicole Kidman arrived at the annual Grammy Awards show in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday night (January 31).

The “Australia” actress smiled gracefully as she made her way down the bustling red carpet just ahead of “music’s biggest night.”

Kidman’s husband  Keith Urban has been nominated for this year’s Best Male Country Vocal Performance Grammy award. The swanky awards show has much to look forward to: performances by Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, the Black Eyed Peas and more along with a tribute to Michael Jackson.

Ex spouses Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman now, oddly, have the same publicist: 42 West, formerly the Dart Group. It’s a company started by Leslee Dart, the dynamic ex-partner of Lois Smith and Pat Kingsley of PMK fame.

If only the bloggers who huff and puff on subjects about which they know very little had stopped to think about Cruise’s defection to 42 West from Rogers & Cowan they would have realized this. Kidman moved to 42 West from PMK-HBH over a year ago. She is personally repped by Leslee Dart.

Cruise will be handled by the firm’s Amanda Lundberg, who handled the press for the god-awful “Valkyrie” and was the head of PR for Miramax in its heyday. Lundberg and her team are great but she’s not a miracle worker. “Valkyrie” remains a cinematic embarrassment.

Who is a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Development Fund for Women, was on hand at the launch of the Family Violence Prevention Fund's New International Center in San Francisco, California.

The centre will give assistance to women who have suffered sexual or physical abuse. Kidman says, "There is no doubt that ending violence against women remains an urgent issue and belongs on centre stage.

Solutions require action and investment, and strong partnerships like the one we're announcing today between UNIFEM and Family Violence Prevention Fund...

"We've been able to approach governments around the world and we've been able to say, 'We want you to acknowledge your laws, change your laws and to speak out strongly.'"

The star appeared before lawmakers at the U.S. Congress in October (09) to talk about violence against woman across the world, admitting that Hollywood "probably" played a role in contributing to acts of aggression.

The actress was reported attending four major events in Tinsel Town during awards season without once stepping onto the red carpet.

Kidman's look is also undergoing a gradual transformation. She has ditched the plastic blonde look for her former red-haired beauty in a shrewd move that melts years off the stunning actress.

Kidman turned up at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards in a bohemian outfit that looked like herself during her years with Tom Cruise.

She wore a hip ethnic dress with ornate antique-style jewellery in a press photo that surfaced for her movie Nine.
