Nicole Kidman has does a swift U-turn on her boasts that she is kinky in the bedroom after she claimed she'd enjoyed fetish sex. The redhead's back down came after she told GQ magazine:

'I've explored obsession. I've explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I've explored strange sexual fetish stuff... I've explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy.' Now she insists she was only talking about her film work.

Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman is finding acting tough these days and is tempted to quit, now that she is happily settled in her family life. The actress threw herself into her career during her marriage to Hollywood star Tom Cruise and the aftermath of their split - admitting that film sets gave her an escape from her unhappiness in personal life.  "I was running from my life, in a way.

My imaginary life was better than my flesh-and-blood life. That's a sad thing to say, but it was. Now I love my real life so much it requires an enormous belief in a film to want to take it on," said Kidman, who was last seen with actor Hugh Jackman in the film 'Australia'.

Nicole Kidman has joked that her post-baby figure helped her land her role in Nine. The Aussie star - who welcomed daughter Sunday Rose in July 2008 - plays an actress in the upcoming musical movie and said her curves contributed to her landing the part, reports People.

The star told Entertainment Tonight Canada: "[I had] big boobs because I was breast feeding, I was perfect for it - I wouldn't get cast now." The 42-year-old has also revealed she loved her curves after welcoming her daughter, her first child with husband Keith Urban.

Nicole, who also has two adopted children from her former marriage with Hollywood heavyweight Tom Cruise, told Ladies' Home Journal: "When you've had a slightly androgynous body your whole life, having breasts is a nice feeling."

Nicole Kidman spent a little quality time with 16-month-old daughter Sunday Rose, having a girls night out in New York with the toddler.

The actress, who is there on business, took her adorable red-headed daughter out on a rainy night, and both had to shelter under a large umbrella.

Sunday Rose, Nicole's daughter with husband Keith Urban, looked grown up in a pretty and frilly green dress, white tights and black shoes.

Coiffured Nicole wore a sequinned black dress, fishnets and red patent shoes. Earlier in the day, the 42-year-old looked slender and smart as she left a business meeting in New York in a tight black mini dress.

The Australia actress is due to start filming The Danish Girl with Gwyneth Paltrow. She stars as transsexual Danish painter Einar Wegener, while Paltrow will play his wife Gerda.

At Wednesday's Country Music Association Awards, "she looked freakish," a witness tells the New York Post's Page Six. "She just had her lips done, and now she looks like Meg Ryan."

In the past, Kidman, 42, has denied plastic surgery rumors."I am completely natural," she's said. "I have nothing in my face or anything." But Dr Martin Braun -- who runs the biggest Botox clinic in Canada -- told a conference of medical experts in 2008 that the actress is so "over-Botoxed" that she's starting to look like a bat.

He added that the actress -- who has signed on to play Einar Wegener, the first post-operative transsexual, in the upcoming drama, The Danish Girl -- looks "frozen and strange" because of her extensive use of the anti-aging treatment.

Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman, who married to Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise at the very beginning of her film career, has said that she was warned that the marriage would ruin her.

However, the 42-year-old actress believes her acting success was boosted by her romance with the 'Top Gun' actor, despite her advisers insisting she was making the wrong decision in tying the knot, reported GQ magazine.

"I became famous very young. I became very famous because I was the wife of somebody. I did a lot of good, worthwhile work.

In Australia between the ages of 14 and 19 and then I married someone famous. And really, despite the huge profile that brought to me, I was still finding my feet," said Kidman.
