Hollywood Super Star Nicole Kidman Film Added to Fest Lineup: The already star-studded Mill Valley Film Festival has added another starlet to its lineup with a screening of Rabbit Hole, a drama starring Nicole Kidman. The film, based on David Lindsay-Abaire's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, will screen Saturday, Oct.16 at 4pm at the Rafael Film Center. It features Kidman and Aaron Eckhart as a couple grieving from the tragic loss of their son and struggling to out their lives back together. The more the couple tries to get back to normal, the more their efforts fail.

The film was directed by John Cameron Mitchell in a departure from his provocative earlier work like Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Shortbus. "While its subject matter is serious, the film is generously infused with humor and vitality, painting a portrait of a couple in mourning that is both rich and deeply resonant," festival organizers said in a statement.
